Preparing Shipments for FBT

You can ship directly to the FBT hub or warehouse. However, you must first create an inbound shipment in TikTok and provide us with the labels. Creating an inbound shipment in TikTok requires master carton or pallet details, which you can find in the Acutrack Portal:

Log in → Product List → click the SKU ID → view details in the bottom right corner.

Steps:

1. Create an inbound shipment in TikTok and share the labels with Acutrack.
2. Create an order in the Acutrack Portal and select Customer Pickup as the shipping method.
   • This allows the Acutrack team to prepare the shipment according to FBT requirements.

What shipping method should I select?

FBT accepts shipments via our Small Parcel (FedEx Ground service) or a Palletized shipment via FedEx LTL service.

Small Parcel (Refer to 11a & 21a at this TikTok FAQ)

FedEx Ground is the cost-effective option: refer our FedEx article for service pricing. Shipping to the FBT hub is a Zone 4 shipment from our Livermore warehouse. We highly recommend FedEx Ground, as it guarantees delivery to the TikTok hub in Southern California within 2 business days from our Livermore warehouse.

FBT doesn't require booking for small parcels. Please make sure you input correct carrier and tracking numbers. This will help FBT to track status and provide inbound capacity in advance.

Palletized Shipment

If you'd rather ship via FedEx LTL (palletized), follow these steps and contact our team at t1support@acutrack.com for a custom shipping quote:

1. Create an inbound shipment in TikTok and share the labels with Acutrack.
2. In the Appointment section, select "Appointment To Be Scheduled By Carrier."
3. Use the following contact details to make sure the scheduling link is sent correctly:

What should I do after creating the order in Acutrack?

Email t1support@acutrack.com with your Acutrack order number, and include clear instructions for all packaging and preparation requirements.

How long does Acutrack take to prepare the shipment?

Once all required details are provided, please allow 2-4 business days for shipment preparation.
