• Create an inbound shipment in TikTok and share the labels with Acutrack.
• In the Appointment section, select “Appointment To Be Scheduled By Carrier.”

Shipping Directly to FBT Warehouses

• Create an inbound shipment in TikTok and share the labels with Acutrack.
• Create an order in the Acutrack Portal and select Customer Pickup as the shipping method.
  • This allows the Acutrack team to prepare the shipment according to FBT requirements.

How do I find master carton or pallet details?

You can find master carton and pallet details in the Acutrack Portal:
Log in → Go to Product List → Click on the SKU ID → View details in the bottom right corner

What should I do after creating the order in Acutrack?

Email t1support@acutrack.com with your Acutrack order number.
Include clear instructions for all packaging and preparation requirements.

How long does Acutrack take to prepare the shipment?

Once all required details are provided, please allow 1–3 business days for shipment preparation.
