All shipping orders must be entered through our portal. We manage the entire logistics process, and orders submitted through the portal ensure accuracy, tracking, and proper handling.
What is included in your fulfillment service?
Our fulfillment service covers the complete preparation and coordination of your shipment, including:

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on:
- Destination address
- Shipping method (Ground, LTL, expedited freight, etc.)
- Shipment size and weight
For palletized shipments, we also need to know:
- Whether the receiving location has a loading dock for pallet delivery
What shipping methods do you recommend for bulk shipments?
For small packages: FedEx Ground
- Zone-based pricing
- 1–5 business day delivery (Day Definite)
- Fully insured and trackable
- Cost-effective for most shipments
Faster options are also available:
- FedEx 2-Day
- FedEx Overnight (expedited service)
For larger shipments, truck freight is usually the safer option.
FedEx Freight (LTL – Less Than Truckload)
- Ideal for palletized shipments
- 1–5 business day delivery depending on destination (Day Definite)
- Insured and trackable
- Best for large-volume or bulk shipments
- Two service levels: FedEx LTL Economy and FedEx LTL Priority
