What are Acutrack's 2026 holiday order cutoffs?

For delivery before Christmas, orders must reach us by 12:00 PM PT on these dates:

How quickly are orders shipped?

If your inventory is in stock at our Livermore facility, orders ship within 24 hours. Please place any reprint or replenishment orders well ahead of the holiday cutoffs so production can finish on time.

What if an order comes in after the cutoff?

We'll still ship it within 24 hours, but we can't guarantee it will arrive before Christmas. For late orders, we recommend upgrading to an express service.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Our cutoffs are based on the carriers' published 2026 holiday deadlines. Those deadlines are recommendations, not guarantees. Weather, high volume, and carrier capacity can cause delays that are outside our control.

Will Acutrack be closed during the holidays?

Acutrack will be closed on November 26–27 (Thanksgiving), December 24–25 (Christmas), and January 1 (New Year's Day). Orders received during a closure will ship the next business day.

How can I prepare for a smooth holiday season?

• Check your stock levels now, especially for your best-selling titles.
• Post your holiday order deadlines on your website, TikTok Shop, and social channels.
• Encourage customers to choose faster shipping for last-minute orders.
• Tell your Customer Service Manager about any holiday promotions or volume spikes so we can plan ahead.
