A dedicated team member monitors outgoing shipments daily to ensure the majority of orders go out the same day they are received. We do not hold orders overnight.
Saturday Operations
Our team operates on Saturdays to hand off orders to USPS, keeping weekend orders on track and helping distribute volume ahead of Monday.
Proactive Monitoring & Reshipping
In rare cases, USPS may not scan a package after handoff. When this happens, we proactively reship the order at no cost to you and manually scan every reshipped package to confirm it reaches "In Transit" status.
Because we monitor and manage this process end to end, you can safely disregard warning messages in your TikTok Shop dashboard — we are already on it.
What's Not Covered
