If you see any of the following tracking statuses that means the carrier company has your package and is in the process of delivering it.
"Electronic Shipping Info Received"
"Pre-Shipment Info Sent"
"Currently Awaiting Package"
It is most likely in transit and sometimes their status updates are little behind. Please check back again in a couple of days.
If your client is in dire need of receiving the order and cannot wait, please go to the customer portal and place another order using a different shipping method and request your client to return the previous order when received.
