Shipping Delay:
Enabling the Shipping Delay feature allows our shipping team to process and dispatch your order only after the specified delay period has passed. This delay period begins from the moment the order is placed in our Portal. By setting a shipping delay, you can ensure that your order is not shipped immediately but instead held for the designated amount of time before being processed for shipment. This feature provides greater flexibility in managing order fulfillment schedules according to your specific needs
Steps to Follow:
- Click Settings from the Left Side Menu.
- Select Gateway
- Select the Gateway that you would like to apply the delay in Shipping.
- Click Actions and Shipping Delay
- Select the time frame of the delay you would like to set, from 1 hour to 3 days.
