Squarespace is a website building and hosting provider trusted by over million businesses. Acutrack has built an integration via API. This API allows us to communicate with your Squarespace account and automate the fulfillment process seamlessly.
Automated Order Notification– Once the Squarespace integration with Acutrack is completed, when a buyer makes a purchase in your store, the order will be automatically notified to our system. You can log in to the portal and view the orders.
Shipment Notification– Our team will pick, pack, and ship your order. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your store instantly.
Generating API Keys:
1. Login to your Squarespace account.
2. Go to Menu, click Settings and then click Advanced.
3. Click on Squarespace API Keys.
4. Click on Create Key
5. Under API Key scope select Forms, Inventory and Orders and click on Next
6. Once the API key is created copy the API Key and send us through the ticket involved

Please place a test order from your Squarespace store and allow up to two hours for the order to be notified to Acutrack. Please login to Acutrack Customer Portal and check if the order is notified successfully.
