Etsy API Integration with Acutrack

Overview of Etsy

Etsy is a global e-commerce platform specializing in handmade, vintage, and craft items. It offers a marketplace where artisans can connect directly with buyers. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

Features:

Automated Order Notification – Once the Etsy API integration with Acutrack is completed when a buyer purchases in your store, the order will be automatically notified to our system. You can log in to the portal and view the orders.

Shipment Notification – Our team will pick, pack, and ship your order. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your store instantly.

Authorization:

• Select PENDING under Etsy API Gateway below the API Collection Field which will redirect you to a different page

• Select GET ORDER and POST SHIPPING and click AUTHORIZE

• You will be redirected to your Etsy store login page, please log in with your credentials and select GRANT ACCESS.

• Wait for a while until you see the “Store is connected successfully. Thank You” message

To TEST the Connection

• Please a test order from your ETSY store and wait for an hour for the Acutrack system to download the order.
• You can view your orders under Orders > Order List in the Acutrack Portal (www.fulfillment.acutrack.com)

• Once the order is downloaded and shipped by the Shipping team the order status will change from New to Shipped

• Acutrack Portal will take an hour to post the tracking details to the ETSY store dashboard

Shipping method set up:

The shipping method will be set up based on the contract you signed with Acutrack.

Test Order:

Please place a test order from your Etsy store and allow up to an hour for the order to be notified to Acutrack. Please login to the Acutrack Customer Portal and check if the order has been notified successfully.
