Acutrack has built an integration via API. This API allows us to communicate with your WIX account and automate the fulfillment process seamlessly.

Features:

Automated Order Notification – Once the WIX integration with Acutrack is completed when a buyer makes a purchase in your store, the order will be automatically notified to our system. You can log in to the portal and view the orders.

Shipment Notification – Our team will pick, pack, and ship your order. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your store instantly. You can set up your WIX account to send an email to the buyer. Your buyer will be instantly notified with a tracking number.

Generating API Keys:

1. Login to your WIX account
2. Go to the HOME page and copy the Store ID from the URL
3. Go to API Keys in your Account Settings.
4. Click Generate API Key
   
5. Enter Acutrack as the name for your new API key under Key details
6. Select All Permissions
   
   
7. Click Generate Key
8. Click Send Code to send a 6-digit verification code to the email address linked to your account
9. Get your verification code from the email
   
10. Enter the code in the Verify your account pop-up
11. Click Verify & Generate Key
12. Copy the Key and send it to the Acutrack Support Team in the ticket involved along with your Store ID and Website address

Test Order:

Please place a test order from your WIX store and allow up to two hours for the order to be notified to Acutrack. Please login to the Acutrack Customer Portal and check if the order has been notified successfully.
