This guide explains how to send your inventory from Acutrack's warehouse into TikTok's fulfillment network (FBT).
General
What is an FBT shipment?
It's an order that moves your inventory from Acutrack's warehouse into TikTok's fulfillment network. You place the order in the Acutrack Portal, create the inbound shipment in TikTok Seller Center, and send us the labels. We pack and ship it.
What are the two FBT shipment types?
- Hub (Freight): One palletized shipment to a single TikTok hub. Estes Express picks it up.
- Multi-Warehouse (Small Parcel): Cartons go out by small parcel to one or more TikTok warehouses, depending on how TikTok splits your inbound.
How do I know which type I have?
TikTok assigns it when you create the inbound shipment. If you're sending pallets to one hub, it's Hub (Freight). If TikTok splits your inventory across warehouses, it's Multi-Warehouse.
Placing the Order in the Acutrack Portal (Both Types)
How do I create the order?
- Log in to the Acutrack Portal.
- Go to Orders → Order List.
- Click New in the top right corner.
- Enter a PO Number, then search for and select the product(s) you're sending. Adjust the quantities to match your shipment.
- Click New Address in the top right corner and enter the Acutrack address with your name.
- Set both Carrier and Shipping Service to PickUp.
- Click Save. Your order is now placed in the Acutrack Portal.
Why do I enter Acutrack's address and select "PickUp"?
FBT shipments leave our dock on TikTok's labels and TikTok's carrier, so the portal order doesn't need a ship-to address or a carrier. Selecting PickUp tells our team to hold the order for TikTok's labels instead of shipping it through our normal carriers.
How many orders should I create?
- Hub (Freight): One order for the whole shipment.
- Multi-Warehouse: One order for each TikTok warehouse destination, with the quantities that warehouse should get.
Where do I find carton and pallet details for TikTok?
Open the product details page in the Acutrack Portal. It lists Master Carton details for all shipments and Pallet details for Hub shipments.
Hub (Freight) Shipments
What do I do after placing the order?
- Create the inbound shipment in TikTok, using the Master Carton and Pallet details from the Acutrack Portal.
- While you set up the inbound, send the appointment scheduling link to acriversideca@estes-express.com so Estes can book the pickup.
- Once the inbound is created, download and save the box labels and pallet labels from TikTok.
- Email your Acutrack order number and the box and pallet labels to t1support@acutrack.com.
Who picks up Hub shipments?
Estes Express. That's why they need the appointment scheduling link.
Multi-Warehouse (Small Parcel) Shipments
What do I do after placing the orders?
- Create the inbound shipment in TikTok, using the Master Carton details from the Acutrack Portal.
- Once the inbound is created, download and save the box labels and shipping labels from TikTok.
- In the Acutrack Portal, upload the labels to the order each one belongs to.
- As a backup, also email the labels and their matching Acutrack order numbers to t1support@acutrack.com.
Why does each label need to go on its own order?
This is the most important step. Each order has different quantities going to a different warehouse, but TikTok's labels look almost the same. If a label is attached to the wrong order, cartons can go to the wrong warehouse or ship with the wrong count.
