Message received: Pages 14, 15 do not match the orientation of your trim size. (The details change to match your file.)

Alert level: Blocker. This blocker stops printing. The file cannot continue until it is fixed.

Applies to: Interior and cover files.

Meaning

Some pages are sideways compared with your trim size. For example, your book is portrait but a page is landscape, or a page was rotated 90 degrees. Sideways pages would print with the content turned or cut off.

Square books are not checked for orientation.

Necessary actions

1. Note the pages listed in the message.
2. If the page is designed correctly but rotated, fix it in Acrobat: Tools → Organize Pages, select the pages, and rotate them.
3. If the page was designed in landscape, rebuild it in portrait. For a wide table or image, rotate the content, not the page.
4. Export again and upload.

Can I proceed without fixing it?

No. This is a blocker. Pages must match the orientation of your trim size.
