Automated Order Notification – Once the E-Junkie integration with Acutrack is completed, when a buyer makes a purchase in your store, the order will be automatically notified to our system in an hour. You can log in to the portal and view the orders.
Shipment Notification - E-Junkie does not allow us to notify the tracking number back to their system. However, we can send email confirmation to buyers. This requires a onetime set up fee. Product set up in E-Junkie:
Setup Item Number:
- Click Manage Products in the Left Side Menu
- Click Add Product
- Click Show Advanced Settings
- Enter the Product Name and Price
- Enter Item Number: Your Item Number can be any alpha numeric number (max 33 char). This number should match the Product ID at Acutrack. (https://support.acutrack.com/hc/en-us/articles/212107563-Product-ID-mapping)
- Click SUBMIT in the down right corner
Configure Common Notification URL setup:
- Contact Acutrack support team to get the Common Notification URL
- Once you receive the Common Notification URL from Acutrack, login to your E-Junkie account.
- Select Manage Seller Account in the Left Side Menu
- Click Edit Preferences
- PASTE the Common Notification URL provided by Acutrack in the Text Box
- Click SUBMIT in the down right corner
Place Test Order:
Once we setup and enable your account at Acutrack, we will request you to place a test order and confirm our support team. Please refer the following link to place test order in E-Junkie (https://www.e-junkie.com/wiki/help-test)
