How does Acutrack integrate with Etsy?

Acutrack integrates with Etsy through a trusted third-party connection. This allows us to fully receive your order details from Etsy and automatically update tracking information back to Etsy once orders ship.

Are there any limitations with the Etsy integration?

Yes. Due to Etsy and third-party integration constraints, all Etsy orders processed through Acutrack must ship via USPS Ground Advantage. At this time, no other shipping methods are supported for Etsy orders.

What do I need to enable the Etsy integration?

To enable integration, you must complete the following steps:

• Have an Etsy business account

• Create a new Etsy user account with full access/permissions

• Provide Acutrack with the login credentials (email and password) for this newly created user account

We recommend creating a dedicated user account specifically for Acutrack to maintain security and control.
