We need your help to identify all SKUs that you plan to add to our inventory in the attached “Product Control sheet”. You need to define each item (SKU) that you plan to store in our warehouse. Product control sheet has two sheets: SKU & Bundle
- “SKU” list all SKUs items
- “Bundle” is optional. This is needed if you plan to sell an item in your shopping cart which is a bundle of various SKUs warehoused with us
SKU sheet Explained:
An SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique code helps you easily track your inventory items and their variants (e.g. color, size). An identification, usually alphanumeric, should be mapped to "Product ID" in your shopping cart.
Product name which you would like to print on the packaging slip
Each SKU must have a scan-able barcode. This is typically a UPC or ISBN number. Do you need us to supply scan code?
When your inventory quantity goes below “Min Level”, we send you an email notification reminding you that it is time to add
A maximum quantity which you will store with us for this particular SKU so we can plan for your storage needs
Give us an estimated weight. We verify the actual weight at the time of product receiving
Give us an estimated dimensions L x W x H in inches. We verify the actual weight at the time of product receiving
Custom Declaration Value:
Please declare this value in dollars. This amount will be used in preparing Customs documents if we have to ship this item internationally
Bundle sheet Explained:

Same as explained about "SKU number"
Bundle Product Name:
This is for reference only. We just like to know how you describe this in your shopping cart
List of SKU number and Quantity per SKU
