UniUni currently covers about 90% of US zip codes and doesn't yet support certain remote areas. When that happens, Acutrack's fulfillment system automatically defaults the order to Printed Parcel Expedited Service (via UPS). There are no order delays, and no action is needed on your part.
Will I be charged more for the UPS fallback?
No. You're still billed at your agreed UniUni rate, regardless of carrier.
Will tracking still show up in my store?
Yes. Whether the shipment goes out via UniUni or UPS, we generate the correct tracking number and post it to your ecommerce platform automatically.
Do I need to do anything differently?
No. Our system detects which carrier was used and posts the matching tracking info automatically — this process is fully automated on our end.
