Acutrack’s Printed Parcel Expedited service is a hybrid solution that also includes UPS Mail Innovations. UPS handles the long-haul transportation and then transfers the package to a local USPS post office for final delivery to the mailbox. This approach offers lower costs for lightweight, non-urgent residential shipments.
How much does PPE shipping cost?
PPE offers a flat shipping rate for packages up to 15 lb, making it one of the most cost-effective ways to ship printed materials within the United States.
You can review the current rates here:

PPE ships to all U.S. destinations for the same flat rate, including:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- APO / FPO military addresses (see attached list)
This makes it a convenient option for reaching customers anywhere within U.S. postal coverage.
What is the estimated delivery time?
USPS estimates delivery between 5–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination
- USPS processing conditions
- Seasonal volume or weather events
This estimate provides senders and recipients with a general timeframe for when packages may arrive.
Does PPE include insurance?
No. Printed Parcel Expedited does not include shipping insurance.
Because of this:
- Lost package claims cannot be filed
- The service is designed for low-cost shipping of printed materials
