Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?

Yes. You're welcome to pick up your books in person at our Livermore warehouse. You'll first need to place an order in the Acutrack Portal so we can have it ready for you.

How to place a pickup order

1. Log in to the Acutrack Portal.
2. Create a new order and enter these shipping details:
   • Carrier Name: Pickup
   • Shipping Service: Pickup
   • Address: 350 Sonic Ave, Livermore, CA 94551
3. Submit your order at least one business day before the day you plan to pick up.

Pickup hours and location

You don't need an appointment. Just stop by during pickup hours:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
• Address: Acutrack, 350 Sonic Ave, Livermore, CA 94551
