- Based on your forecast, Acutrack coordinates the cross-border transfer of inventory.
- Once transferred, inventory will be visible and manageable at both U.S. and Canadian locations through the Acutrack portal
- The logistics cost (shipping, customs, and handling) is provided by the Acutrack support team and must be paid upfront
- This all-inclusive transfer process typically takes approximately 12 business days before inventory becomes available at the Canadian center
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Costs
You will work with Acutrack’s integration team to map your orders to Canadian postal shipping services.
- Fulfillment fees remain identical to your current agreement
- Canadian postage is applied separately, based on zone-based pricing (per the attached rate sheet)
- Shipping costs vary by destination zone within Canada
