Keap is a CRM, Sales, and Marketing system service provider trusted by over 30,000 businesses. Keap has a shopping cart with which Acutrack is integrated via an App available in the Keap App Marketplace. This app allows us to communicate with your Keap account and automate the fulfillment process seamlessly.
Automated Order Notification – Once the Keap integration with Acutrack is completed, when a buyer makes a purchase in your store, the order will be automatically notified to our system. You can log in to the portal and view the orders.
Shipment Notification – Keap does not have the shipment notification feature to receive the tracking number and notify your customers. However, we can send an email notification to your customers directly. Refer to the article
Install our App:
Please click this link https://marketplace.infusionsoft.com/listing/acutrack-inc-automate-your-publishing-fulfillment-process and click the “GET THE APP” button and follow the below steps to integrate.
- You will be redirected to the "Infusionsoft.html" screen and click the "Start My Free Trial" button.
- Login to your Keap store and install the Acutrack app. Upon installation, you will be redirected to “Acutrack Customer Portal”
Register at Acutrack.
Your Keap Token Key will be automatically configured on the Acutrack system during this step.

Shipping method setup:
Please refer to the below articles and choose the right options based on your business needs and contract with Acutrack.
- Tax shipping amounts Mark this check box to apply tax to the order total, including the shipping fees.
- Allow shipping outside the United States: Mark this check box to enable international shipping. If you do not allow for shipping outside of the United States, customers can only enter a U.S. address when checking out.
- Countries considered domestic: Select the countries that qualify for domestic shipping rates. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard to select more than one. Note: This option is only available when the Allow shipping outside the United States checkbox is marked.
Shipping location setup:
- Go to E-Commerce > E-Commerce setup
- Go to the shipping options section and click on shipping option
- Review and update the ship from location - Acutrack – 94551 for Livermore, California
