Packages over 4 lb are shipped via FedEx International Connect instead.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 8–12 days.

This is day-indefinite service, meaning delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Can I track my international shipment?

Yes. All DHL shipments include tracking, allowing you to monitor the shipment as it moves through the DHL network.

Are shipments insured?

No. DHL shipments sent under this service are not insured.

If insurance is required, please contact your account manager to discuss alternative shipping options.

What is the maximum package weight for DHL shipments?

The maximum weight for DHL international shipments under this program is:

4 lb per package

Packages exceeding this weight will automatically be shipped using FedEx International Connect.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping rates are determined based on:

• Destination country
• Package weight
• Country group classification

Countries are divided into three pricing groups, each with different shipping rates.
