- Artwork review process starts ONLY after receiving the payment.
- Book Production time starts ONLY after the book sample is approved. Click here to see the production time
- Avoiding physical sample does NOT eliminate the book sample fee. The fee still applies as this involves artwork review.

Physical Book Sample:
Acutrack recommends to print physical sample to verify the cover and content. However, if you like to avoid printing a physical sample, please sign the attached waiver form and email to your project manager or customer success manager at Acutrack.
You have three options to submit your artwork and content to us. Once you submit your files, our support team will communicate to you via our support ticket system and make sure the files are received and verified according to our specifications.
Upload files to our server:

If you have provided the book specification to your Sales / Account Manager at Acutrack via a ticket, please mention the ticket# along with the company name.
Send us the download link:
Upload your files to any cloud such as Dropbox, Amazon S3 and send an email with the download link of your files to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the subject of the email, mention your Company Name - Project Title
Mail the files:
Mail the content and artwork files to the address below. Please send an email to email@example.com with the tracking number. In the subject of the email, mention your Company Name - Project Title
