California-Based Clients – Sales Tax Notice

Clients based in California are subject to sales tax on both book printing and fulfillment services, unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

Can I be exempt if I’m reselling?
Yes. If you are reselling these services, please complete our resale certificate form so we can set up your account correctly:

Once we receive and verify your resale certificate, we will update your account so qualifying orders are not taxed. Please email the completed form to accounting@acutrack.com.
