Book Sample & Production Workflow

What is the first step?

The process begins with payment for the sample. Once payment is received, your files move into the PDF review stage, which typically takes 1–2 business days. Expedited review may be available upon request.

What is checked during the PDF review?

We review your file for:

• Print readiness
• Formatting and layout
• Specification compliance

If any issues are identified, the file will be returned for correction.

If your PDF is not approved, you will need to revise and resubmit. The review process will continue until approval is achieved.

What happens after my PDF is approved?

Once approved, we will produce and ship a physical book sample, which typically takes 4–5 days.

If you choose to proceed without a physical sample, we can move directly to print production.

What if I want to make changes after seeing the sample?

If you request artwork or specification changes:

• Updates will be made
• A revised PDF will go through review again
• A new sample may be produced

What happens after I approve the sample?

If you either:

• Approve the physical sample
• Choose to proceed without a sample

You will move to book production payment. Once payment is completed, we begin full book production.
