Fulfilling affiliate orders is the same process and cost as fulfilling regular customer orders, there's no additional fee or special setup required on Acutrack's end.
How does it work if I'm using TikTok's affiliate program?
If you're using TikTok's built-in affiliate program, the process is fully automated. When an affiliate places or triggers an order, TikTok automatically creates it within the platform. As long as you're set up with TikTok shipping, Acutrack downloads the order and fulfills it just like any other customer order.
What if I'm using a third-party affiliate program outside of TikTok?
It works the same way, as long as your affiliate program integrates with TikTok Seller Central, orders will flow through the same process. Acutrack will download and fulfill them just as it does for all your TikTok orders.
What if my affiliate program doesn't integrate with TikTok Seller Central?
If your affiliate program doesn't connect with TikTok Seller Central, orders won't automatically flow through to Acutrack. Reach out to us at t1support@acutrack.com and we can help you figure out the best path forward.
