TikTok Shop with Acutrack: Troubleshooting FAQ
This article addresses the most common issues Acutrack customers face when using TikTok Shop integration for book fulfillment.
My TikTok orders are not syncing to Acutrack
If orders placed through your TikTok Shop are not appearing in the Acutrack Portal:
- Check your integration status: Log into the Acutrack Portal and verify that your TikTok integration is connected and active.
- Verify product mapping: Ensure your TikTok product IDs are correctly mapped to Acutrack SKUs. If you recently created a new funnel or product listing, the Product ID in Acutrack may need to be updated. See our Why do I need to update the Product ID article.
- Check for errors: Look for error notifications in the Portal's integration logs.
- If the issue persists, contact our Integration Support team with your TikTok Shop name and an example order number.
I got logged out of my TikTok Seller account
TikTok periodically requires re-authentication for connected seller accounts. If you or your team gets logged out:
- Log back into your TikTok Seller Center directly.
- In the Acutrack Portal, go to your TikTok integration settings and re-authorize the connection.
- Verify that orders are syncing again after reconnecting.
TikTok shipping labels and upgraded shipping

Can I sell on TikTok Shop and ship outside the United States?

My TikTok product listing shows the wrong price
Product pricing on TikTok Shop is managed through your TikTok Seller Center, not through Acutrack. Acutrack handles fulfillment only. To update pricing, log into your TikTok Seller Center and edit the product listing directly. Orders are showing as "unfulfilled" on TikTok even though Acutrack shipped them
This usually means the tracking number has not synced back to TikTok. Possible causes:
- There is a delay in the integration sync (allow up to 2 hours).
- The Product ID mapping may be mismatched.
- The TikTok API connection may need re-authorization.
If tracking is not updating after 4 hours, contact our Integration Support team.
How do I prepare shipments for FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok)?
