Understanding Your Acutrack Invoice
This guide explains how to read your Acutrack invoice, where to find it, and answers to the most common billing questions.
Where do I find my invoices?
- Acutrack Portal: Log into portal.acutrack.com and navigate to the Billing or Invoices section to view, download, and print all your invoices.
- Email: Invoices are also sent to your registered email address when generated.
What is included on my invoice?
Your Acutrack invoice includes:
- Invoice number — the unique identifier for this bill (e.g., Invoice #63212).
- Invoice date and due date — when the invoice was issued and when payment is expected.
- Line items — a breakdown of charges including printing, fulfillment, shipping, storage, and any special services.
- Order references — order numbers associated with each line item.
- Taxes — applicable sales tax (see our California Tax Compliance article for details).
- Total amount due — the balance to be paid.
How do I pay my invoice?
Acutrack accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Auto-Pay): Set up automatic payments so invoices are paid on time. See our Auto-Pay FAQ.
- Credit card (one-time): Pay individual invoices through the Acutrack Portal.
- ACH / Bank transfer: Contact your Customer Success Specialist for bank details.
- Check: Mail to the address listed on your invoice.
Common invoice questions
Why was I charged a storage fee?
If your inventory has been stored at Acutrack's facility beyond the included storage period, a monthly storage fee applies. See our Storage Fee FAQ for rate details.
Why is there a credit card convenience fee?
A small convenience fee is applied to credit card payments to cover processing costs. This does not apply to ACH or check payments.
I see a charge I don't recognize. What should I do?
Contact your Customer Success Specialist or email t1support@acutrack.com with your invoice number and the specific charge in question. We will provide a detailed explanation.
Can I get a copy of my W-9?
Yes. Please submit a support ticket or email us and we will send you Acutrack's current W-9 form.
Late payments
Late payments may result in your account being placed on credit hold, which pauses all order shipments until the balance is resolved. To avoid disruptions, we strongly recommend setting up Auto-Pay.
