What happens if I decide to close my account?
If you choose to proceed with closing your account, you have two options for handling your inventory:

Inventory Destruction
We can safely destroy your inventory at no additional cost. -
Ship Inventory Back to You
We can arrange to ship your books back to you.
How do I request inventory destruction or shipment?
Please email us at t1support@acutrack.com with your request.
- If you’d like your inventory shipped, include your return address in the same email.
- Our team will then initiate the next steps.
- We will calculate the exact shipping cost and send you an invoice.
- Shipment will be processed once the invoice is paid.
