How do I get details on my invoice?

You can view and download detailed invoice information directly from the Fulfillment Portal.

Steps to access your invoice details:

1. Log in to the Fulfillment Portal.

2. Navigate to Analytics → Reports → Monthly Invoice Report.

3. In the Monthly Invoice Report, click on the Invoice ID link to download the detailed invoice report, which includes a full cost breakdown.

Downloading detailed reports:
On the detailed invoice report page, you’ll see links to several specific reports.
Click any report link, and the corresponding spreadsheet will be generated and emailed to you.

Available detailed reports:

• Order Report – Order-level shipping cost, handling fee, pick & pack fee, and mailer fee

• Mailer Report – Order-level mailer fees

• Return Report – Return processing fees

• Storage Report – Detailed storage fees

• Product Setup Report – Product setup fees

• Receiving Report – Receiving fees
