Acutrack sends and manages invoices through BILL (formerly Bill.com), a secure third-party billing platform. This guide walks you through accessing your invoices, setting up your account, and paying online.
Where do I go to see my invoices?
Visit your Acutrack payment portal at https://app01.us.bill.com/p/acutrackinc. This page is hosted by BILL and branded for Acutrack — it's the same portal referenced in your invoice emails.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to make a payment. When Acutrack emails you an invoice, that email includes a secure payment link — you can click it and pay directly without registering.
We do recommend creating a free account, though. Once you're registered, you can see every open, paid, and overdue invoice in one place instead of hunting through email, and you won't have to re-enter your payment details each time.
How do I create an account?
From the portal login page, click “Don't have an account?” You'll be asked to verify your identity using details from one of your Acutrack invoices:
- Name — exactly as it appears on the invoice
- Zip code
- Invoice #
- Due date
- Amount due
Enter these and click Next, then follow the prompts to set your email and password. Once verified, all invoices tied to that account (matched by name/company) become visible in your dashboard.
How do I log in after I've registered?
Go to https://app01.us.bill.com/p/acutrackinc, enter your email and password, and click Login.
I forgot my password — now what?
On the login screen, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. BILL will send you a reset link. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder before requesting another.
How do I see all of my invoices?
Once logged in, your dashboard lists all invoices Acutrack has issued to you, along with their status (open, paid, or overdue), due dates, and amounts. You can open any invoice to view or download the PDF.
How do I pay an invoice?
From your dashboard, select the invoice (or invoices) you'd like to pay, choose a payment method, and confirm the payment amount. You'll receive a confirmation once the payment is submitted.
What payment methods can I use?
- ACH bank transfer — pay directly from a checking or savings account.
- Credit card — a 3% surcharge is added to cover card processing costs.
Is there a fee to pay by ACH?
No. ACH bank transfers have no additional fee. The 3% surcharge applies only to credit card payments.
Can I save a payment method for future invoices?
Yes. Once you have an account, you can securely save a bank account or card on file so you don't need to re-enter it on future payments.
