What is a bundle product?

A bundle product allows you to sell multiple products together as a single item in your shopping cart.

Your shopping cart contains one master SKU for the bundle. When the order is received by Acutrack, that bundle SKU is mapped to the individual products and quantities that make up the bundle.

When a customer orders the bundle product, Acutrack will pick all individual items included in the bundle and ship them together as one order.

How does bundle fulfillment work?

1. A bundle product is created in your shopping cart with a single master SKU.
2. Acutrack maps that bundle SKU to multiple individual SKUs and quantities.
3. When an order is placed for the bundle:
   • The order is received with the bundle SKU.
   • Our system automatically expands the bundle into individual product line items.
4. Our warehouse team picks each individual item and packages them together.
5. The items are shipped together as one order to your customer.

Do the products in a bundle need to exist individually?

Yes.

Each product included in a bundle must first be set up as an individual product in the Acutrack system with its own SKU and inventory.

Example

Bundle SKU: BookB

Bundle contents:

• Book1 – Quantity 1
• Book2 – Quantity 1

Both Book1 and Book2 must exist as separate products with their own inventory.

When an order for BookB is received, the system converts it to:

• Book1 – Quantity 1
• Book2 – Quantity 1

Our fulfillment team then picks both items and ships them together.

Can a bundle include multiple quantities of a product?

Yes.

Bundles can contain any number of products and quantities. For example:

Bundle SKU: StarterKit

Contents:

• ProductA – Quantity 2
• ProductB – Quantity 1
• ProductC – Quantity 3

The system automatically creates the correct line items when the order is processed.

How do I create a bundle in the Acutrack Portal?

Create a New Bundle

1. Click the New button.
2. Enter the following information:
   • Bundle SKU
   • Bundle Name
   • Gateway
   • Store
3. Search for and select one or more products to add to the bundle.
4. Enter the quantity for each product.
5. Enter a customs value (optional).
6. Click Save.

The bundle is now configured and ready to process orders.

Does bundle inventory get tracked?

Inventory is tracked at the individual product level, not the bundle SKU.

This ensures accurate stock levels for each product used in the bundle.
