When using Acutrack for book fulfillment, you have the option to route return shipments either to the Acutrack warehouse or to your own address. Each option has its advantages. Returning items to Acutrack allows us to handle all return processing on your behalf, saving you time and effort. Returning items to your own address incurs no processing fees and allows you to repurpose returned books as samples or giveaways.
Can I choose and update my return address for my ecommerce or TikTok Shop orders?
Yes. When configuring your shopping cart or marketplace (including TikTok Shop), you may choose either your own return address or Acutrack’s return address. By default, the return address in the Acutrack Portal is set to your company’s address. You can update this at any time by logging into the Acutrack Portal and navigating to:
Warehouse → Client Warehouse → Return Address
How do I switch my return address to Acutrack’s facility?
If you would like Acutrack to process your returns, update the return address in the Acutrack Portal to the following:

What are the costs for Acutrack to process returns?
If you choose to use Acutrack for return processing, the following fees apply:
- $2.25 per return order
- $0.50 per returned item
What happens if I am using FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) to ship orders?
If you are shipping orders via FBT, any returns generated while using FBT will be handled directly by FBT, not Acutrack.
