In order to manage user setting, you may first login to your portal, and from left menu select "Company Management" and then "User List" to view and manage all users
How do I add a new user?
Click the “New” button
Enter the required user details
Assign a role and notification preferences
Save the user
What are the different user roles?

Client Admin
Has access to all features, including managing users

Client User
Has limited access
Cannot access Manage User settings
What notification options are available?
You can choose which notifications a user will receive via email:

Ship Error Notification
Sent when there is an issue with a shipping address

Inventory Notification
Sent when stock falls below the minimum level

Return Notification
Sent when an order is returned
Can I customize notifications for each user?
Yes, notification preferences can be selected individually for each user when creating or editing their profile.
