Go to Settings / Manage User.

New User:

Click the New button to add a New user. 

Roles - Client Admin have access to all features. Client user does not have access to manage user. 

Notification - Select the notification types for which the user need to be emailed.

• Ship Error Notification - User will be notified when there is any issue with shipping address.
• Inventory Notification - User will be notified when the stock goes below minimum level.
• Return Notification - User will be notified when an order is returned.
