If you need to send a replacement order, you can easily do so by reordering the original order in the Acutrack Portal.
Steps to create a replacement order:
- Log in to the Acutrack Portal.
- Click the Orders icon in the left-hand navigation pane and select Order List.
- Use the search bar to locate the original order by entering the previous order number.
- Select the Order ID to open the order details.
- Review the original order details and click Re-order.
This will create an exact duplicate of the original order.
Can Acutrack cover the cost of a replacement order?
If you believe Acutrack should cover the replacement cost due to defective materials or poor packaging, please submit a credit request to t1support@acutrack.com.
