Why do we charge credit card convenience fee?

Acutrack gives you an option to pay via ACH (bank to bank transfer) and there is no fee for this form of payment. Payment via ACH is safe, and convenient compared to paper checks.

We also give you the option to pay via Credit card or PayPal.
However, receiving payment via Credit card or PayPal incurs a huge cost towards merchant fees.

In order to stay competitive, we pass the merchant fees to you in the form of “convenience fee”
