OntraPort Order Notification Setup
Ontraport is a platform that allows you to sell your products with landing pages. They also have a subscription model that allows you to generate recurring revenue.
Automate Order Notification: The orders received at OntraPort will be notified to our system at hourly intervals. We support orders from both landing pages and the membership model of Ontraport.
Shipment Notification: Ontraport does not have the shipment notification feature to receive the tracking number and notify your customers. However, we can send an email notification to your customers directly. Refer to the article
- Account Mapping:
a. Get OntraPort Account Number: Login to OntraPort and mouse over to “Your Account”
b. Get Ontraport Api--key & Api-Appid:

2. ProductId Mapping:
a. Getting ProductId from Ontraport:
Go to Product Details. The ProductId is given on the URL. For example, in the url https://app.ontraport.com/#!/product/edit&id=19, the ProductId is 19

b. Submit Product Details:
Please download the Product Control sheet and fill the product details. Submit this Product Control Sheet to our support team https://support.acutrack.com/hc/en-us
3. Shipping Method Mapping :
Go to Ontraport Landing Page and Edit Product Information:
Setup the Shipping Method in your OntraPort Landing Page and submit the Shipping Method Names to our support team. For example “Standard Shipping”, “Expedited Shipping”
- Product setup and Shipping Method setup in our system is a manual process. Upon submitting the Product Control Sheet and Shipping Methods to the support team, please allow 1 business day to Map the Products and Shipping Methods. We will confirm when the mapping is done.
- Testing Order Notification: Once the integration is completed, please place a test order using OntraPort Landing Page and allow up to an hour for the order to be notified. Please login to the Customer Portal and check if the order is notified successfully.
