Yes. In most cases, we post the shipping confirmation to your eCommerce which in turn sends an email notification to the end-user on your behalf.
However, in some instances, you may need Acutrack to send an email directly to your end-user if not supported by your eCommerce (e.g. ClickFunnel) or if you manually upload your orders via spreadsheet. If you want Acutrack to send the shipping email notification then we need to set up an Email Notification Server.
Acutrack can help set up an Email Notification server for a one-time fee of $295.
Upon your confirmation, we implement this server which allows us to send a completely branded email message directly to your end-user as soon as we ship your product. This requires configuring your SMTP details on our server.
