How do I place a fulfillment order?

Follow the steps below to place a new order:

1. Log in to the Acutrack Portal.

2. Click the Orders icon on the left-hand navigation pane.

3. Select Order List. This will take you to the Order List page.

4. Click the New button to open the Create Order page.

5. Enter the required details:

   • PO number

   • Optional: Additional PO number and Notes

   • Select a product

   • Enter the quantity

   • Add or select a shipping address

6. Click Save to create the order.

What shipping option should I select?

• Small package shipments:
  Please select UniUni (Standard) as the shipping option.

• Larger orders:
  We recommend FedEx Ground or FedEx LTL, depending on shipment size
