How We Package Your Books?

We carefully select the most appropriate packaging to ensure your books arrive safely and in excellent condition. The type of packaging used depends on the size, weight, binding type, and quantity of your order.

Bubble mailers are our standard packaging for most perfect-bound books. They provide reliable cushioning during transit and are included at no additional cost.

When would my order be shipped in a kraft book mailer?

Kraft book mailers are used for case-bound, Wire-O bound, or other heavier and specialty books or multiple quantity books that can not be supported by bubble mailer.  They offer added durability and protection for these book types. There is an additional charge of $1.25 per mailer.

When are corrugated boxes used? 
Corrugated boxes are used for larger quantity orders to securely fit and protect your books during transit. Pricing is as follows:

• Standard corrugated box: $3.00 per box
• Double-wall corrugated box (recommended for heavier books): $6.00 per box

Box pricing includes the box and all associated packaging materials.

Will I be charged extra for packaging? 
It depends on the packaging required for your order:

• Bubble mailers: No charge
• Kraft book mailers: $1.25 each
• Standard corrugated box: $3.00 per box
• Double-wall corrugated box: $6.00 per box

Can I request a specific type of packaging? 
While our shipping team makes the final determination on packaging to ensure your books are best protected, you're welcome to raise any concerns or requests with your CSM team.
