This card helps you to find current stock on hand of your product and the history of inventory related transactions. Click view link on the Stock details and Inventory Transaction to find more about the inventory.
Enable Warehouse - Each product has to be assigned to a warehouse. Enable the warehouse by checking the Enable Warehouse box. Your product will not be activated until you assign a warehouse.
- Allocated Stock - Quantity ordered for open orders.
Stock On Hand - This value represents the stock left in our warehouse.
Allocated Stock - This value represents the quantity allocated based on the total open orders.
Reorder Level - This value represents the minimum stock level. When the stock reaches the reorder level a notification is sent to you.
Click on the New to set up a new SKU and map to your shopping cart SKU. Select the Gateway and Store Name and enter the SKU and click Save.

Your product cannot be activated until you enable the warehouse. To activate the product, change the active status to Yes.
Serial No - Some of your products might have serial number. If you want us to Scan the serial number and record it while shipping, please enable Serial No required option.
Shipment Enabled - Sometime you may require to hold shipments of certain products and release it at a later time. Enable and disable this option whenever you want to hold or release the shipment. You may also use the Action feature under Product List page to enable and disable shipment for more than one products.
Lot Required - This feature is used to maintain Lot Numbers. If you enable this feature, we will maintain the lot number, lot date and ship based on the lot numbers.
Promo Product - This feature is used to add promo product to ALL orders. Enable and disable this feature for the product as and when needed. To add promo product for a certain product, please use the bundle product feature.
Master Carton Details - Each item is packaged in to a master carton. We record the number of items stored in box along with the weight and dimensions. We also record the number of boxes that can fit it a pallet.
