 The action feature helps to select one or more orders and perform an action.

• Order status update - Allows you to change status to Hold, New or Cancel.
• Assign Warehouse - If you have products in more than one warehouse, this features helps when your product run out stock in a warehouse. You can assign the order to a different warehouse.
• Shipping Confirmation - Allows you to re-send the shipment notification.
• Active Status Update - Allows you to change the order to Test or Live order.

Place Order:

New button will allow you to place a new order. Click here for more details about how to place a new order in the portal.

Import Orders:

This feature allows you to import one or more orders. Click here to read more about this feature.

Search:

You can search based on your order number (Po Number), your customer name and shipping address.

Filter:

You can filter based on the following following criteria's

• Order Status 
• Date Ordered
• Ship Error Orders
• Storename
• Returned orders
• Shipping Carriers
• Shipping methods
• Shipping Zone
• Barcode
• Tracking Status

Export Orders:

Apply all the necessary filters and export the orders to an excel spreadsheet. If the result has more than 20 records the spreadsheet will be emailed to you. For up to 20 records, the spreadsheet will be downloaded immediately.
