Business to Consumers:
If your business model is B2C, the inventory for your product will be set up as an individual unit. When a buyer places an order for 1 quantity. we will pick 1 unit and ship. Each unit of the item should have a scannable barcode.
The pick and pack fee is charged per unit.
Business to Consumer and Business to Business:
If your business model has both B2C and B2B, the inventory for your product will be set up as an individual unit. We can ship to your consumer as well as retailers. For example, let's say a box has 12 books. To ship 1 box to your retailer (B2B), you have to place an order with a quantity of 12 books. We will pick 1 box and ship. If a buyer (B2C) places an order for 1 book, we will pick 1 book and ship.
Each item should have a scannable barcode. The box can have a different identification number (Master Carton Number). But we consider the scannable barcode printed on the unit.
The pick and pack fee is charged per unit.
Business to Business:
If your business model is B2B, the inventory for your product will be set up as a box unit. In this case, 1 box is considered as a unit. When you place an order with 1 quantity, we will pick 1 box and ship. For example, let's say a box has 12 books. To ship 1 box to your retailer you have to place an order with 1 quantity. Please note that in this model, we do not open the box to ship the book individually.
Each box should have a scannable barcode.
In this case, the pick and pack fee is charged per box as the box is a unit of item.
