Printing a large print run on an offset press require a significant amount of “make ready” time prepare the press before printing actually begins. It is not economical or practical to use offset press for just one printed proof.
We supply Digital Dylux and EPSON to proof your files prior to printing.
Digital Dylux proof
Digital Dylux proof is made from your files exactly the same way as we send the files to our printing press. The goal of this proof is to confirm the accuracy of all elements, positions, and pagination. The quality of this proof is not for print quality or color accurate.
EPSON proof is used to judge the quality of the images and the accuracy of the color. There is an extra cost to produce this proof. It is recommended that we proof a few critical pages instead of the entire book. Once approved, we need this proof to be sent back to us so our press technician then can use the EPSON proof as a reference when printing a sheet.
