What is Acutrack's payment terms?

We require an advanced payment for any production services. This payment helps us procure material and schedule your project. We will schedule a project as soon as payment is confirmed.

Fulfillment:
Typically, we invoice you at the end of the month for all fulfillment transactions which are processed during the month. However, if the total fulfillment fees exceed your credit limit, we may choose to generate an invoice at any time. 

Payment terms for fulfillment invoices are Net 15.  Your account will be placed on a credit hold if we don’t receive payment in time.

We consider you our long term business partner and do best to be flexible in credit limits. Please note that your timely payment helps increase your credit limit.

We email you the invoice which you can pay online. You have an option to pay via ACH, credit card, PayPal, wire transfer online or alternatively, mail the check. Credit card and PayPal require a 3%  and 5% convenience fee.
