Acutrack sends an invoice depending on the type of project or service. For print production services, we send an invoice when we complete the project and for all fulfillment transactions processed during the month, we send an invoice at the end of the month.
We offer Net 15 payment credit terms, however, we appreciate payment at your earliest since we have already incurred a cost.
If you are a new client, we review your credit history available at credit.net. Based on your history, we establish your credit limit. If your project exceeds the credit limit amount, we send you an invoice for a deposit amount. The deposit amount is the difference between your estimated project cost minus your credit limit.
We consider you our long term business partner and do best to be flexible in credit limits. Please note that your timely payment helps increase your credit limit.
We email you the invoice which you can pay online. You have an option to pay via ACH, credit card, PayPal, wire transfer online or alternatively, mail the check. Credit card or PayPal requires a 3% convenience fee.
