How to place an order?
To view an order go to OrderManagement / View orders. As a default, it shows today's order. Select the appropriate dates and search for the orders you would like to know the status. The tracking number is updated as soon as an order is shipped. There is a filter option on the header where you can enter the information such order number, ship-to name to filter the orders found in the grid. Here is the help video...
How to view an order?
To cancel an order go to OrderManagement / Cancel Order. You may cancel the order only if the order status is marked as not "Shipped". Our fulfillment process is real-time. Orders are marked as “in-process” when the operator is processing your order or marked as “shipped” when the order has left our warehouse.
How long do I have To cancel an order?
Our standard time to ship an order is between 24 to 48 hours. However, there are times when an order ships within the 2 to 3 hours of the order being placed.

How to cancel an order?
Edit shipping address:
To edit shipping address, go to OrderManagement / Edit Shipping Address. You can edit the order until the order is shipped. When shipping an order, if the address is not valid, the order will be placed on the ship error activity page (OrderManagement / Ship Error Activity). Inventory on hand:
To find the current stock on hand, go to Product Management / Fulfillment Products. The quantity on hand column is the current stock for the product we have in our warehouse. To get the detailed inventory report, go to Reports / Inventory. Here is the video - How to view an Inventory report?

Consolidated Orders Report:
To find the number of orders with status shipped, Inprocess between any dates, please log in to the portal and go to Reports / Consolidated Order.
