We ship our international orders through a better and more efficient postal injection system called 'FedEx international Mail Service' or (FIMS).
FIMS is a simple, economical solution for mailing items to international destinations by FedEx. FedEx carries your package to a FedEx sort facility, while the local postal authority carries your package to final delivery. You can reach customers at nearly any address in any country around the world, and you’ll save on shipping costs for items such as apparel and health and beauty products, as well as books, magazines, and other printed matter.
This service is good for packages up to 4 lb. only.
A package can take 7 to 15 days for the delivery. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2 to 5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans.
This service is not insured. If a shipment is returned (mostly for non-deliverable address, it is not possible to credit postage or fulfillment fee.
Shipments made during the 4th quarter may see some delivery delays due to the high mail volume.
