We will like to know if a disc doesn't play at all or if there is another issue.
We would appreciate it if you can test playing the disc in another device to ensure that the issue is not related to your player. A few things to keep in mind:
If you are playing a video disc in a computer, please make sure that your computer has a video player installed. It will be great if you can play a good video DVD on your computer to ensure that you have a good platform.
Certain international countries (outside the USA) use a PAL format DVD player. If you have NTSC format DVD disc, it wouldn't play in PAL format DVD player.
If you customer reports a defective CD / DVD / USB please login to our customer portal and submit a brand new order.(you might even want to add a “-a” or “-1” to the PO field for your records).
We will then reship with new tracking #s
For Analyzing purpose the CDs/DVDs/USB can be sent to following address via standard USPS mail at "Attn:Fulfillment Returns:350 Sonic Avenue, Livermore, CA 94551"
We very rarely have defective CDs/DVDs/USB and always want to know if there is a genuine issue; so we can correct it immediately so that it does not affect any future orders.
