You can login to our customer portal to cancel an order.
You may cancel a fulfillment order only if the order status is marked as "New". To cancel an order, log into the Customer Portal and go to "Order Management → Cancel Order."
Our fulfillment process is real-time. Orders are marked as “in-process” when the operator is processing your order or marked as “shipped” when the order has left our warehouse. It is not possible to cancel an order if “in-process” or “shipped” status is shown.
How Long Do I Have To Cancel A Order
Our standard time to ship an order is between 24 to 48 hours. However, there are times when a order ships within the 2 to 3 hours of the order being placed.
The best way to check the status of the order, is to login to the portal and under under the "Order Management/View Orders," and locate the order you want to cancel.
- If the Order Status is NEW, you can cancel it by navigating to "Order Management/Cancel Orders."
- If the order status says InProcess, you will have to submit a ticket requesting a Agent to cancel your order.
