If the shipping methods between our system and your shopping cart are not mapped correctly, we will use default Postal Mail Service First Class. If you have setup different shipping methods in your shopping cart, please submit those shipping methods to our support team and request them to map to appropriate shipping methods. We recommend you to place test orders for each shipping method and check Customer Portal to make sure they are mapped correctly. Please login to customer portal and monitor orders weekly. Acutrack is NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping method mapping and will not refund any loss.
