You may view your order's status by logging into the Customer Portal, then going to "Order Management > View Orders." When the order is shipped, the order status will be updated to display the tracking number associated with the shipment and the particular shipping service used.
Tracking says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" / "Pre-Shipment Info Sent" / "Not Found" / "Currently Awaiting Package" / "Label created"
If you see this message when you go to the USPS / FedEx website, the carrier company has your package and is in the process of delivering it.
It is most likely in transit and sometimes their status updates are little behind. Please check back again in a couple of days. If by then the shipment has still not been delivered or there is no update to the status, and if your client is in dire need of receiving the order and cannot wait, please go to the customer portal and place another order using a different shipping method and request your client to return the previous order should he/she receive it later.
