Mapping your e-Commerce store shipping method:
Your e-Commerce store sends the "Shipping Method" name to Acutrack along with order and shipping details. "Shipping method" name defined in your store has to be matched in order for us to use the correct shipping methods to ship the order.
Please send the shipping method names along with the screenshot to our support team and make sure mapping is done. A list of the shipping methods we support is provided down below this FAQ.

Default shipping method:
As a default, we can map all domestic orders to a specific shipping method such as FedEx SmartPost and all international orders to DHL Global Mail. If we map the default methods, our system will ignore the shipping method names set up in your store and use the default methods configured.
Ship only certain country orders:
We can restrict to ship only certain international country orders and ignore other country orders. For example, It is possible for us to ship only US and Canada orders, and ignore other country orders. Let our support team know the countries you want us to ship to.
Set up a shipping method something like "Standard International Shipping". We will map our system to allow only the countries we need to fulfill and ignore the orders from other countries.
How to make sure mapping is done correctly?
Our support team confirms you after mapping your shipping method name with our shipping methods. Please place a test order against each shipping method. Acutrack is NOT responsible if you chose to ignore the testing.
Change in Shipping Method Name:
Please request our support team for the list of shipping methods already mapped in our system.
If there is any change in the list, please notify us whenever you make any changes to the shipping method name. We will re-map it to the new name and confirm you. Please place a test order against the new shipping method name.
Adding New Shipping Method:
Please request our support team for the list of shipping methods already mapped in our system. If the shipping method is not on the list we provided, please notify us of the new shipping method. We will map the shipping method name and confirm you. Please place a test order against the new shipping method name.
